The up to $504 figure

Where this site refers to up to $504, that is the upper figure used on this site. It is not an average, not a typical amount, not what shoppers get back, and not an estimate of your own claim. It is not a promise, a projection or a guarantee. Whether any amount is available to you depends on whether a recall compensation program exists for something you actually bought, whether you meet that program’s eligibility rules, and what that program decides to pay. Many shoppers will have nothing to claim.

What is being sold

What you buy on this site is help with the product recall claim process: a review of what you have bought, a search for recall compensation programs you may be eligible for, the claim paperwork prepared, and the claim filed on your instructions. You are not buying compensation. No compensation is being sold, offered or transferred to you, and no money is being held in your name.

No guarantee of eligibility or payment

Opening a claim file does not mean you are eligible for anything and does not mean anything is owed to you. A file may be reviewed and come back with no program that applies. Eligibility, amounts and timing are decided by whoever administers each claim program, not by the Shoppers Payback Fund, and nothing on this site promises an outcome or a date.

The $19 charge

The $19 charged at sign-up is a one-time fee for the claim review and for help with the claim process. The list price is $99; the $19 rate is applied at checkout with the coupon on the buy link. It is not a deposit, it is not a payment toward any compensation, and paying it does not entitle you to any amount. It is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Recalls and retailers

Product recalls are a normal part of consumer goods being sold, and a product being recalled does not by itself mean any retailer or brand did anything unlawful. Naming a retailer where a product was sold is a statement about where it was bought, nothing more. The Shoppers Payback Fund is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any retailer or brand, including Walmart, Amazon and CVS.

No government, regulator or court affiliation

The Shoppers Payback Fund is a private company. It is not a government agency, not a government program, not a regulator and not a court, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any federal, state or local government entity. No government body, regulator or court has authorized, reviewed or approved this site or anything offered on it.

Not legal advice

The fund is not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, no attorney-client relationship is created, and the fund does not represent anyone in court.

Not employment

Nothing on this site is an offer of work. Opening a claim file is not a job and no payment is a wage.

Testimonials

Any shopper comments shown on this site are individual experiences. They are not typical and should not be taken as what you will experience.

Affiliate relationships

This site may receive compensation for products or services it recommends. That compensation never changes the price you pay.
