Refund Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
30 days, money back, no reason needed. If you are not satisfied with anything you have bought from the Shoppers Payback Fund, ask us within 30 days of that purchase and we will refund it. You do not have to tell us why. The refund goes back to the original payment method you used, and it is processed by Explodely, our payment gateway.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to every product sold on this site by the Shoppers Payback Fund, to the person who paid for it. That is the one-time claim review and filing help fee, and each optional upgrade offered after it.
| Product | Price | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Claim review and filing help | $19 | One time ($99 list) |
Each charge is treated separately, so you can be refunded for one purchase and keep another.
The 30-day window
The 30 days run from the date of the charge you want refunded, not from the date you first bought something. If you accepted an upgrade a few minutes after the $19, each one has its own 30 days from its own charge date.
Requests made after 30 days are outside this guarantee. Write to us anyway and tell us what happened. Where something has gone wrong at our end we will put it right.
How to ask for a refund
Either route works, and you only need one:
- Email us at support@shopperspaybackfund.com from the address you used at checkout. Put Refund in the subject line and include the name on the order and roughly when you bought, so we can find the charge.
- Or raise it with Explodely, the payment gateway that processes charges for this site, at help.explodely.com/support/tickets/new.
You do not need your order number. Your email address and the approximate purchase date are enough.
What happens next
We answer refund and billing messages first, normally within one business day. Once a refund is approved it is submitted straight away and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with — we cannot send it anywhere else. Your bank then takes its own time to post it, usually 5 to 10 business days. Because charges for this site are processed through Explodely, Explodely is the name you will see on your statement and on the refund when it arrives.
What happens to your claim file
If we refund the $19, your claim file is closed at the same time and we stop work on it. Any claim already filed on your instructions stays with the program it was filed with, because we cannot withdraw it on your behalf once it is in. Refunding an upgrade removes only what that upgrade added.
Nothing to claim is not a refund question
A claim file coming back with no recall program that applies to you is a normal outcome of a review, not a fault, and it does not by itself extend the 30 days. Inside the 30 days you can have the $19 back for any reason at all, including that one.
Before you raise a dispute
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first. A dispute opened with your bank takes weeks to resolve and locks the charge while it runs, where we can usually refund you the same day.
Who you are buying from
The Shoppers Payback Fund is a private company. It helps shoppers find product recalls that may apply to what they have bought and file compensation claims where a claim is available. It is not a government agency, not a government program, not a regulator, not a court and not a law firm, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any retailer or brand, including Walmart, Amazon and CVS. No retailer, brand, regulator, court or government body has reviewed or approved this site or anything offered on it.
