Shoppers Payback Fund

Terms & Conditions

What this service is

The Shoppers Payback Fund is a private company that helps shoppers with the product recall claim process. Based on what you tell us about where you shop and what you have bought, we look for recall compensation programs you may be eligible for, prepare the claim paperwork, and file claims on your instructions. What you are buying is help with the claim process. You are not buying compensation, and no compensation is being sold to you.

What it is not

The fund is not a law firm, nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. The fund is not a government agency, not a government program, not a regulator and not a court, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any retailer or brand, including Walmart, Amazon and CVS. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and a resident of the United States, and any claim you file through us must be your own. One claim file per person. A file opened with information that is knowingly false, or opened in somebody else’s name, may be closed.

The $19 charge

Opening a claim file carries a one-time charge. The list price is $99 and the $19 rate is applied at checkout with the coupon on the buy link. It pays for the claim review and for help with the claim process. It is not a deposit, it is not a payment toward any compensation, it is not a fee taken out of compensation, and it does not renew. It is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee in our refund policy.

No guaranteed outcome

Paying the fee gets your claim file reviewed and gets help with filing. It does not mean you are eligible for anything, it does not entitle you to any amount, and it does not promise an outcome by any date. Whether a recall compensation program exists for something you bought, whether you meet its eligibility rules, what it pays and when it pays are all decided by whoever administers that program, not by us. A claim file may come back with nothing to claim.

The up to $504 figure

Where this site refers to up to $504, that is the upper figure used on this site. It is not an average, not a typical amount, not what shoppers get back, and not an estimate of your claim. See our FTC Disclaimer.

Purchases and refunds

Charges for this site are processed by Explodely, our payment gateway, and that is the name that appears on your statement. Every paid product sold here is covered by the refund policy stated at the point of sale.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, the Shoppers Payback Fund is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
