Response time
Most messages are answered within one business day. Billing and refund requests are handled first.
Billing and refunds
If you bought something through this site and want a refund within the 30-day guarantee period, say so in your message and we will process it. You do not need to give a reason, and the money goes back to the payment method you used. Charges are processed by Explodely, so you can also raise a billing question with them directly at help.explodely.com/support/tickets/new. Our full terms are in the refund policy.
Help with your claim file
If you need to correct which retailers or products are on your file, add something you have since remembered buying, or ask where a filed claim stands, email us with the change and we will update the file and tell you what we hear back.
We cannot tell you in advance whether you are eligible for anything, and we will not guess at an amount for you. The up to $504 figure used on this site is not an average and not an estimate of your claim. Many shoppers will have nothing to claim.
Who you are buying from
The Shoppers Payback Fund is a private company. It helps shoppers find product recalls that may apply to what they have bought and file compensation claims where a claim is available. It is not a government agency, not a government program, not a regulator, not a court and not a law firm, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any retailer or brand, including Walmart, Amazon and CVS. No retailer, brand, regulator, court or government body has reviewed or approved this site or anything offered on it.
